01

Report a problem

Include Miso: Tiny Bridges, your app version/build, iPhone model, iOS version, level name and the steps that caused the problem. A screenshot can help, but hide personal information. Never send your Apple password or card details. The button below opens the existing Network Games support form.

02

Movement and carrying a piece

Tap a reachable tile to move. Use the action control to carry or place a piece, then choose the appropriate highlighted target. You can carry one piece at a time. Undo and the short practice lessons can help you learn a new mechanic.

03

Progress and changing phones

Completed levels and settings are saved locally. The current version does not sync progress or unused consumable balances between devices. A partly played ordinary attempt may restart if the app is closed. Avoid deleting the app when troubleshooting a save issue.

04

Purchases and restoration

Four optional purchases offer direct level access, permanent extra time, time packs or route hints. Only Apple’s purchase sheet can charge you in the iPhone game. Product availability and local prices come from Apple. Use Restore purchases with the Apple account that bought a permanent product. Consumed or unused consumable items are not restored across devices by this version. If a payment or delivery looks wrong, contact support before reinstalling.

05

Using TestFlight

If you use a TestFlight build, it is a test version that can change or expire. Accept your invitation in TestFlight and use its feedback controls to report a problem.
